The common seal of the City of Mill Valley adopted and to be used as such is described as follows:
A representation of the building generally known as the "Old Mill" in the center and around the margin of the seal shall appear the words "City of Mill Valley, Marin Co., Calif., Inc. Sept. 1st, 1900."
