A.
The regular meetings of the City Council of the City of Mill Valley shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month, in the City Hall on Corte Madera Avenue, and at the hour designated by resolution of the City Council. In the event that any such Monday falls on a legal holiday, then such regular date of meeting shall be the Thursday, not a holiday, following such legal holiday.
B.
The City Council may, by resolution, adopt an alternate schedule of regular meetings to accommodate any short-term scheduling needs.
