Pursuant to the provisions of Elections Code Section 22843, a fee of $25.00 is fixed for the filing of a candidate's nomination papers for municipal elections held within the City of Mill Valley. The City Council of the City of Mill Valley does determine that the filing fee is proportionate to the cost of processing a candidate's nomination papers in municipal elections.
