It is unlawful for any person over the age of five years to enter any of the public restrooms in the City set apart for the use of the opposite gender; provided, however, that this chapter shall not apply to officials or employees of the City of Mill Valley in the discharge of their duties as such.

It is unlawful for any person to cut, mark, write on, or otherwise mutilate or deface any portion of any of the public restrooms in the City, or to deposit or throw any rubbish of any kind in any of the toilets in any of the public restrooms in the City.
