Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 37359, that certain body of water commonly known and referred to as "Cascade Dam" or "Cascade Reservoir," and the lands owned by the City of Mill Valley bordering the same, are hereby withdrawn from the personal access and use of members of the public at all times. It is unlawful for any person to swim, wade or bathe in said body of water.
