§ 11.36.010 Recording of SLP map.

The City Manager or designee may record, with the Marin County Recorder's office, a map depicting the network of publicly owned steps, lanes, and paths (SLPs) within the City that are shown on the official City of Mill Valley SLP Inventory, as adopted by the City Council and as may be amended over time by the City Council.
