City of Mill Valley, CA Chapter 12.10 EXEMPTION FROM CALIFORNIA SOLAR SHADE CONTROL ACT

§ 12.10.010 Exemption from Solar Shade Control Act.

Pursuant to the provisions of California Public Resources Code Section 25985, the City of Mill Valley is hereby declared to be exempt from the provisions of the Solar Shade Control Act (Public Resources Code, Division 15, Chapter 12).
