It is unlawful for any truck or vehicle of a gross weight of:
A. 
16,000 pounds or greater to travel over any city streets except:
1. 
Baseline Street, from SE 10th Avenue to the western city boundary;
2. 
Oak Street, from SE 10th Avenue to the western city boundary; 3.10th Avenue, from SE Baseline Street north to NE Cornell Road, then northeast on NE Cornell Road to the northern city boundary;
4. 
SE 10th Avenue from SE Baseline Street south to Tualatin Valley Highway, then southeast on Tualatin Valley Highway to the eastern city boundary;
5. 
The entirety of 1st Avenue / Glencoe Road;
6. 
SW Walnut Street, from S 1st Avenue west to SW 17th Avenue;
7. 
SW 17th Avenue from SW Walnut Street north to Tualatin Valley Highway;
8. 
SE River Road, from Tualatin Valley Highway to the southern city boundary;
9. 
NW Evergreen Road, from Glencoe Road to Cornelius Pass Road;
10. 
Cornelius Pass Road, from Tualatin Valley Highway to the northern city boundary;
11. 
Brookwood Parkway from Tualatin Valley Highway to the northern city boundary;
12. 
NE 25th Avenue, from NE Cornell Road to NW Evergreen Road;
13. 
W Baseline Road from NE Brookwood Parkway to the eastern city boundary;
14. 
NE 53rd Avenue from W Baseline Road to NE Elam Young Parkway;
15. 
NE Elam Young Pkwy West, from NE 53rd Avenue to NE Cornell Road;
16. 
185th Avenue from SW Tualatin Valley Highway to the northern city boundary; or
17. 
Those providing service to or within the city may access their destinations by the closest practical route from a designated route under HMC 8.20.010(A)(1) through (16);
B. 
10,000 pounds or greater to be parked within the right-of-way of a public street within the city except those trucks, truck tractors or truck trailers licensed under ORS Chapter 825 while making deliveries and providing services to destinations within the city.
A. 
No truck, truck tractor or truck trailer may be parked on a street in such a manner as to obstruct traffic lanes or the vision of motorists.
B. 
Trucks, truck tractors, or truck trailers carrying flammable or dangerous materials must not stop, stand or park on a street except to pick up or deliver said materials, to obey traffic control devices or to avoid a collision or similar circumstance.
C. 
No commercial vehicle, as defined under ORS 801.210, with a total length in excess of 40 feet may travel on NE Parksedge Circle.
Trucks operating from within the city may use alternate routes when it can be established that the driver could not reach the driver's destination without traveling upon the street, road or highway prohibited under the posted requirement.
The manager is responsible for installing the appropriate signs to notify the traveling public of the provisions of this subchapter.
