City of Springfield, OR CHAPTER I NAMES AND BOUNDARIES

Section 1 Title of Charter.

This Charter may be referred to as the 2001 Springfield Charter.

Section 2 Name of city.

The City of Springfield, Oregon, continues under this charter to be a municipal corporation with the name "City of Springfield."

Section 3 Boundaries.

The City includes all territory within its boundaries as they now exist as described in the files of the custodian of city records as of November 2001, or hereafter are modified pursuant to state law. The Custodian of City Records shall keep an accurate up-to-date description of the boundaries and make a copy of it available for public inspection in the city during regular City office hours.
