There is adopted by the city for the purpose of providing regulations
relating to public environmental health; providing for the issuance
of permits and collections of fees; and providing penalties for violation
of such regulations within the corporate limits of the city, that
certain code known as the environmental health code of the county
of San Bernardino, state of California (1986), and the whole thereof
save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified
or amended in this chapter. Three copies of the code have been and
now are on file in the office of the city clerk. The code is adopted
and incorporated as fully as if set forth herein and the provisions
shall be controlling within the limits of the city.

The following sections of the environmental health code adopted
hereinbefore shall be and the same are deleted and shall not pertain
to the city:
A. Chapter
6. Domestic Water Services and Systems;
B. Article
2 of Chapter 8. Refuse Collection;
C. Article
1 of Chapter 10. Regulations of Buildings Used for Human Habitation.
