A.
In the event of any section of this chapter being declared illegal or invalid by any court of law, such decision shall only apply to that particular section.
B.
In the event of any court of competent jurisdiction declaring the application of the provisions of this chapter to any building, structure illegal or invalid such court decision shall not affect or prevent the application of the particular provision or other provisions of this chapter to other buildings and structures within the City of Neillsville.
