Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Code, the provisions in Ch. SPS 314, Fire Prevention, Wis. Adm. Code, establishing and defining minimum standards for the prevention of fire, are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this article as if fully set forth herein. Any act required to be performed or prohibited by any standard incorporated herein by reference is required or prohibited by this article. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of the standards in Ch. SPS 314, Fire Prevention, Wis. Adm. Code, incorporated herein, are intended to be made part of this article in order to secure to the extent legally practicable uniform standards for the prevention of fire.
