After approval of the final plat by the Planning Commission,
such final plat, together with the recommendations of the Planning
Commission, shall be transmitted to the Board of Aldermen for its
review and acceptance.

Seven (7) copies of the recorded plat shall be provided by the
subdivider and shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator for
distribution to various public and quasi-public departments, offices,
and agencies.

If any Section of this Regulation be held to be unconstitutional
or otherwise invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, then
such Section shall be considered separately and apart from the remaining
provisions of these Regulations, said Section to be completely severable
from the remaining provisions of these Regulations, and the remaining
provisions of these Regulations shall remain in full force and effect.

Any person violating the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations
is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be
fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five
hundred dollars ($500.00).
