As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
RECREATION CENTER
An establishment, place or location whose primary use is
to provide recreational activities and facilities for individuals
or groups by providing courts, diamonds, fields or enclosed facilities
for the public's enjoyment.
No volleyball courts shall be used for commercial purposes including
solicitation of fees from members of the public to watch games. This
prohibition shall not apply to properly zoned and inspected recreation
centers.
Any person that violates §
201-2 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of $2,500 for a first offense. If a second violation occurs, the person shall be subject to a fine of $5,000. If a third violation occurs, the person shall be subject to a fine of $10,000.
