(a) 
No person shall wilfully and maliciously block, obstruct or otherwise impede access to or exit from any building, place or facility at which a lawful business is conducted.
(b) 
No person shall wilfully and maliciously block, obstruct or interfere with the movement of any persons on any street, sidewalk, driveway or other area which is open to the public and is adjacent to a lawful business.
(c) 
No person shall wilfully and maliciously remain on any portion of the premises of a lawful business which is open to the public, after being requested to leave by the person in charge of the premises or by a peace officer.

The following definitions shall apply for the purposes of this chapter:
"Business"
shall mean any person, firm, association, partnership, business trust, corporation, company or any other organization which lawfully provides or makes available goods or services to members of the public, including entities organized for profit, nonprofit or charitable entities, or governmental entities.
"Maliciously,"
when applied to the intent with which an act is done or omitted, means an intent to do an unlawful act, with knowledge of its unlawfulness; or, in the alternative, to vex, annoy or injure another person.
"Wilfully,"
when applied to the intent with which an act is done or omitted, means a purpose or willingness to commit the act, or to make the omission referred to. It does not require any intent to violate the law, or to injure another, or to acquire any advantage.
