Ordinance No. 1492 of 2023, Grove City Borough, Mercer County,
Pennsylvania, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein
by reference[1] to the same extent as if it were fully set forth herein.

Both municipalities shall cooperate in matters related to the
implementation and enforcement of this article.
