§ 22-101 Adoption of North Lebanon Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO).

North Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, adopted a Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) on October 21, 2024.

Complete copies of Ord. No. 7-2024 are available on the Township's website and in the Township offices.

North Lebanon Township shall adopt a fee schedule by resolution to establish the fees and costs to be charged by North Lebanon Township for any subdivision and land development review.
