Pursuant to ORS 279A.060, the City Council of the City of The Dalles is hereby established as the Local Contract Review Board. The City Council, acting as the Local Contract Review Board, shall have all the powers granted by the Oregon Revised Statutes.

Pursuant to ORS 279A.065(6) and 279A.070, the City Council shall have the authority to adopt rules necessary to carry out the provisions of ORS 279A, 279B, and 279C which is referred to as the Public Contracting Code. Adoption of these rules can be done by resolution.
