Copies of fire and police reports and other special documents
|
Charges to recover costs associated with public information
requests related to fire and police shall be assessed in accordance
with Texas Administrative Code, title 1, part 3, chapter 70, rule
70.3 Charges for Providing Copies of Public Information.

Copies of special documents for police reports shall be assessed
in accordance with the Texas Transportation Code (550.065) Release
of Certain Information Relating to Accidents.
