Pursuant to Resolution No. 851 of the city, there is established
the position of code enforcement officer.

The code enforcement officer is charged with the responsibility
of enforcing provisions and regulations of the city zoning code, and
other city regulatory ordinances.

The code enforcement officer is authorized to issue citations,
written notices to appear in court, as necessary to ensure compliance
with the city zoning code and other regulatory ordinances of the city.
