§ 141-32 Enforcement.

The provisions of this chapter may be enforced by the Zoning Officer, Township Engineer, or other individual designated by the Mayor and Borough Council.

§ 141-33 Violations and penalties.

A violation of this chapter shall be subject to the general penalty provisions set forth in Chapter 1 of this Code.
