Township of East Lampeter, PA Article II Industrial and Commercial Development Authority

§ 7-7 Intention and desire to organize.

It is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of East Lampeter Township and said Board of Supervisors hereby signifies its intention to organize an industrial and commercial development authority in said Township under the Economic Development Financing Law.[1]

§ 7-8 Articles of Incorporation.

Pursuant of said desire and intention and in conformity with the terms and provisions of said Economic Development Financing Law, the proposed Articles of Incorporation is attached as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.[1]

§ 7-9 Execution of Articles of Incorporation.

The proposed Articles of Incorporation of said Authority shall be executed by and on behalf of the Township of East Lampeter by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, and the Seal of said Township shall be thereto affixed and attested by the Township Secretary. The Township Solicitor is authorized and directed to cause to be published the notice of this article which shall contain the substance of the Articles of Incorporation as required by the aforementioned Act and, when said Articles of Incorporation are properly executed by the Township of East Lampeter, the same shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
