For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to them by this section as follows:
Condominium (La Buena Vida) customer.
Any account within the La Buena Vida complex (common area address 1800 Fremont Court).
Group living customer.
Any account in which six or more unrelated individuals reside including fraternities, sororities, senior citizen houses, convents, rectories, residence halls or lodging houses. These accounts shall be converted to equivalent multifamily dwelling units by dividing the total number of residents by five.
Irrigation customer.
Any account served by a separate irrigation meter for the purpose of irrigating landscaping on the premises.
Large commercial/industrial customer.
Any commercial/industrial establishments receiving water service through a water meter two inches or greater in size.
Multifamily residential customer.
Any multifamily account with three or more dwelling units.
Single-family residential customer.
Any single-family dwelling unit, split lot duplex, condominium unit or duplex.
Small commercial/industrial customer.
Any commercial/industrial establishments receiving water service through a water meter up to one and one-half inches in size.
