In section 2.005, the word “precinct” shall mean a voting precinct as numbered and described in the files of the Department of Records and Elections of Lane County, Oregon, as of May 17, 1976, and as the same may be thereafter numbered and described from time to time.
There are hereby established in the city, six wards with Lane
County election precincts as follows:

The boundaries of said wards shall be established by special
ordinance. Said boundaries shall be maintained together with maps
of such boundaries on file with the city recorder’s office.
