In the case of minor subdivisions (as defined in § 201) it is the purpose of this Subpart E to provide a simplified procedure by which said minor subdivisions may be submitted and approved.

In the event that the proposed subdivision shall involve a change in the location of streets, sanitary storm sewers, water mains, culverts, and other municipal improvements, then the provisions of this Subpart E on minor subdivisions shall not be applicable and the owner shall be required to comply with the requirements of § 400.

1. 
Procedure for approval of final plans for minor subdivision shall be identical to the procedure outlined for preliminary plans in § 405, except that:
A. 
Applicant submits eight copies of the minor subdivision plan.
B. 
The Borough Secretary shall immediately distribute copies of the plan and application to:
(1) 
Borough Planning Commission: five copies.
(2) 
Bucks County Planning Commission: one copy.
(3) 
Borough Engineer: one copy.
(4) 
One copy shall be retained for Borough files.
