A. There
is created and established a Lodging Committee which shall consist
of five (5) members, including one (1) Trustee, to be appointed by
the Board of Trustees.
B. Initially
the Chair of the Lodging Committee shall be appointed by the Chair
of the Board of Trustees and approved by the Board; thereafter, the
Lodging Committee shall elect its Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary
from among its members. The term of the Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary
shall be for one (1) year with eligibility for reelection.

The Lodging Committee shall hold a regular meeting each month.
Special meetings may be called at any time by the Chair of the Lodging
Committee.

The Committee shall adopt rules for the transactions of business
and keep a record of its proceedings. These records shall be public
record.

The Chair of the Lodging Committee, or a member designated by
the Chair, shall report to the Board of Trustees on the Lodging Committee's
meetings and activities at the regular meetings of the Board of Trustees.
