Any person, partnership, corporation, firm or entity that shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter 8 shall, upon conviction of the violation, in an action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the same manner provided for the enforcement of a summary offense under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000, costs of prosecution and/or imprisonment to the extent allowed by law for the punishment of a summary offense. Each day on which a violation shall occur shall be a separate violation.
