The City may include all costs incurred in the review fee charged to the applicant. The review fee may include, but not be limited to, costs for the following: Administrative/clerical processing, review of the SWM site plan, attendance at meetings, inspections.
B.
Fees to be charged under this article shall be set from time to time by resolution of City Council.
