Pursuant to § 7-258 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Harwinton Tax Collector is hereby designated as collector of initial assessment, sewerage system connection and use charges for the Harwinton Water Pollution Control Authority, and the Tax Collector may collect such charges in accordance with the provisions of the Connecticut General Statutes for the collection of property taxes.
