All hotels, restaurants, clubs, and permittees under the Liquor Control Act,[1] as amended, operating within the Town of Harwinton shall be permitted to sell alcoholic liquor with meals between the hours of 12:00 noon and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.[2]

Editor's Note: A vote of Town Meeting held 12-11-1961 which reduced the hours of sale and dispensing of alcoholic liquor in places operating under package store permits was rescinded 4-25-1963 by Ord. No. 2A, effective 5-1-1963.
