The Town of Harwinton accepts, as a public highway, that section of Blueberry Hill Road, also known as Petosa Road, which is bounded on the south by the extension of the southerly boundary of property now or formerly of Harry J. and Frances Kirkwood and is bounded on the north by an extension of the northerly boundary of property now or formerly of Harry J. and Frances Kirkwood. Said portion of road is approximately 1,400 feet in length. This ordinance shall be effective on the filing, in the office of the Town Clerk, of a quitclaim deed or other instrument of dedication from the owners of the fee title of said portion of road to the Town of Harwinton. This acceptance is conditioned upon such filing within 90 days of the effective date of this ordinance.
