Commencing November 22, 2011, the Economic Development Commission shall consist of seven members appointed by the Board of Selectmen as follows: two members to serve for one year, two members to serve for two years, two members to serve for three years, and one member to serve for four years. Thereafter, all members shall serve for four years and until their successors have been appointed and qualified. All members shall be electors of the Town and the provisions of Connecticut General Statutes § 9-167a, Minority representation, shall apply.
