The annual fees for an alcoholic beverage license, plenary retail consumption license, hereafter issued in this Township shall be as follows:
A. 
Plenary retail consumption license:
(1) 
Prior to August 7, 2023: $630.
(2) 
After August 7, 2023: $756.
(3) 
After August 7, 2024: $906.
(4) 
After August 7, 2025: $1,088.
(5) 
After August 7, 2026: $1,305.
(6) 
After August 7, 2027: $1,566.
(7) 
After August 7, 2028: $1,879.
(8) 
After August 7, 2029: $2,250.
(9) 
After August 7, 2030: $2,500.

No licensee shall sell, deliver, or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage or permit consumption of alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises on weekdays between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.; on Sundays between the hours of 2:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon; and 12:00 midnight to 7:00 a.m. of the following Monday.

Editor's Note: Legislation restricting Sunday sale of alcoholic beverages was subjected to referendum and adopted 11-7-1939, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 33:1-47.
A resolution adopted by the Mansfield Township Committee on December 11, 1933, is hereby repealed.
