It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to consume,
vape, and/or smoke tobacco and/or cannabis product on any location
open to, or accessible by, members of the public.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any product containing THC or any other psychoactive drug.
Any method or form of ingesting any tobacco and/or cannabis
products into a human body.
Any product or matter containing tobacco.
The prohibition against tobacco consumption contained in this
chapter shall not apply to an area designated by a private property
owner as a smoking area.
