The general land areas identified in exhibit A to Ordinance 817-23 and related information regarding existing ETJ land uses, (the "Industrial District Map 2023") attached to Ordinance 817-23 and incorporated herein, is hereby adopted. The general land areas identified in exhibit A shall be designated Aubrey Industrial District No. 1, Aubrey Industrial District No. 2, Aubrey Industrial District No. 3, and Aubrey Industrial District No. 4, as set forth in exhibit A to Ordinance 817-23.

The ETJ industrial districts, designated herein and as may be designated by the city council at a future time, shall have the meaning customarily given to the term "industrial district" and shall also include the following businesses and facilities:
(1) 
Tourist-related businesses and facilities.
(2) 
Equestrian business and facilities.
(3) 
Ranch businesses and facilities.
(4) 
Rural businesses and facilities.
