City of Ojai, CA State Building Standards Code

Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 17958 and Government Code Section 50022.2, the State Building Standards Code (the "State Code") and other regulations adopted pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 17922, including, but not limited to, the 2022 Editions of the following:

(a)

The California Building Code (CBC), Volumes 1 and 2, and Appendices I and J;

(b)

The California Residential Code (CRC) and Appendix H;

(c)

The California Mechanical Code (CMC);

(d)

The California Existing Building Code (CEBC);

(e)

The California Administrative Code;

(f)

The California Electrical Code (CEC);

(g)

The California Plumbing Code (CPC) and Appendices H and L;

(h)

The California Fire Code:

(i)

The California Energy Code;

(j)

The California Green Building Code (CGBC);

(k)

The California Referenced Standards Code.

The State Code and other Uniform Codes set forth in this chapter, including certain modifications and other provisions set forth herein, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted as the City Building Code.
