That certain Code known as the "2022 California Existing Building
Code," promulgated and published by the California Building Standards
Commission, is hereby adopted and enacted as the primary Code governing
the administration of this Code and is made a part of this Code by
reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.
Such Code will be referred to herein as the California Existing Building
Code ("CEBC").
