A. 
It shall be unlawful for a person to conduct himself or herself in a disorderly manner.
B. 
A person shall be guilty of conducting himself or herself in a disorderly manner if, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm or recklessly creating a risk thereof, he or she:
(1) 
Engages in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior; or
(2) 
Obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
This bylaw may be enforced by any available means in law or equity, including but not limited to enforcement by noncriminal disposition pursuant to MGL c. 40, § 21D, and §§ 1-4 and 1-5 of the Town Code.
The provisions of this bylaw are severable, and if any of its provisions shall be held to be unconstitutional or otherwise illegal by any court of competent jurisdiction, the decision of such court shall not impair any of the remaining provisions.
