The purpose of this Manual is to establish an efficient, equitable and functional system of human resource and benefit administration that is compliant with all Federal, State and local employment and labor laws. This Section establishes the roles and functional responsibilities that support the Personnel Manual. Guidelines may vary due to significant unforeseen events. This Handbook is an overview or a guideline. It cannot cover every matter that might arise in the workplace. We are, of course, committed to complying with all applicable laws.
