The official seal of the Borough of Roselle shall consist of an outer circle bearing the words "Borough of Roselle" inscribed along the top edge and "New Jersey" along the bottom edge. Within the outer circle shall be an inner circle featuring a starburst symbol in the background, a copy of the Declaration of Independence in the upper half, a depiction of Edison's light bulb in the bottom half, and the words "Incorporated Dec. 20, 1894" inscribed along the bottom edge.

The seal of the Borough of Roselle, as described in § 1-20 and further represented below, is hereby adopted as the official seal of the Borough of Roselle, County of Union, State of New Jersey.

The Borough Clerk shall have custody of the official seal of the Borough.
