As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
COMMERCIAL TRAFFIC
The passage of vehicles, with or without passengers or freight, destined for anything but a residential delivery.
TRUCK
Shall have the meaning ascribed to it in New York Vehicle and Traffic Law, § 158.
Commercial through traffic on Waldron Terrace, a Village street, shall be prohibited at all times. Specifically, traffic destined for the Thruway Authority Rest Area located adjacent to the southern terminus of Waldron Terrace is prohibited.
