By resolution adopted on the 24th day of October, 1955, by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sloatsburg, the Planning Board of the Village of Sloatsburg has the authority to approve, modify and disapprove plats for subdivision within the Village of Sloatsburg and to assume all other powers and duties as prescribed by §§ 7-728, 7-730 and 7-732 of the Village Law, Chapter 64 of the Consolidated Laws of the State of New York.
