A. 
The City has adopted a risk management loss control plan which is designed to minimize the risk of losses due to accidents and injuries. The plan is also designed to provide a healthy and safe environment free from any recognized hazards. Written copies of the plan shall be distributed to all department heads. City employees shall cooperate with the implementation of the plan.
B. 
This plan shall be reviewed on an annual basis by the department heads and recommended modifications shall be reviewed and adopted by the governing body as required.
