A.
A building may be erected, used or occupied and a lot may be used or occupied for any of the following purposes and no other:
(1)
Single-family detached homes.
(2)
Professional business and general offices.
(3)
Medical and legal offices.
(4)
Real estate and insurance offices.
(5)
Banks and fiduciary institutions.
(6)
Child-care centers.

Adult day care shall be permitted as a conditional use, subject to the following conditions:

(a)
A designated vehicular dropoff and pickup location shall be provided to the facility that is separated from the public right-of-way as an internal driveway.
(b)
Off-street parking shall be provided at a minimum ratio of one parking space per every two program participants on a peak day, plus one space for every fleet vehicle to be stored on-site.
B.
A single residential unit may be combined with any of the above uses in the same building, provided that the residential occupant is also the user of the nonresidential facilities.
