In accordance with the administrative regulations promulgated by the Department of Community and Economic Development[1] to implement the Pennsylvania Flood Plain Management Act,[2] the following activities shall be prohibited within any identified floodplain area within the Township of Spring:
A. 
The commencement of any of the following activities; or the construction enlargement, or expansion of any structure used, or intended to be used, for any of the following activities:
(1) 
Hospitals.
(2) 
Nursing homes.
(3) 
Jails or prisons.
B. 
The commencement of, or any construction of, a new mobile/manufactured home park or mobile/manufactured home subdivision, substantial improvement to an existing mobile/manufactured home park or mobile/manufactured home subdivision, or expansion to an existing mobile/manufactured home park subdivision.
