The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Spring adopts the following new rates of taxation upon individuals and upon taxable real estate located within the Township as follows:
A. 
Street lighting:
(1) 
$0.67/front foot improved.
(2) 
$0.167/front foot unimproved.
