There is hereby adopted by the Village of Green Island for the
purpose of prescribing regulations governing rented dwelling units,
apartments and tenements in the Village of Green Island, a certain
code as hereinafter set forth.
This chapter shall hereinafter be known and cited as the "Residential
Occupancy Permit Code."
