A. 
No person shall play any radio, music player such as a boom box or any audio system, or use any device to increase muffler or motor sounds in any type of motor vehicle at such a volume as to be clearly audible from 50 feet away, which annoys, disturbs or endangers the quiet, comfort or repose of persons within the Town of Rockport.
B. 
The following penalties shall apply to violations of §§ 250-1 and 250-2:
(1) 
First offense: mandatory warning citation.
(2) 
Second offense: $50.
(3) 
Third offense: $100.
(4) 
Fourth and each subsequent offense: $300.[1]
