All Town officials and appointed boards, commissions, and committees shall cause records of their activities and accounts to be kept in suitable books consistent with the requirements of the Public Records Law, MGL c. 66, and posted on the Town website. Whenever a vote affecting any Town committee is passed, the Town Clerk shall transmit a copy of the vote to such committee.
Any person shall have access, at any reasonable time, to the public records of the Town and shall have the right to examine them, download them or and make paper copies of them by applying to the officer in charge of the same, in accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 66, § 6A, as it may be amended from time to time.
All Town officials, boards and committees appointed by the Select Board shall submit a report of their activities and projects, during the past calendar year, to the Select Board on or before January 15 of each year, for inclusion in the Annual Town Report.
