The Town shall have a seal that shall be in the following style:

The Town Clerk shall be the keeper of the Town seal. Papers and documents issued from any Town agency may be attested by the use of the Town seal.

The Select Board shall be the keeper of the Town's flag, and it shall be flown at the Board's discretion.
